This fully furnished detached villa is close to the beach in Turgutreis.
On the ground floor there is a guest bathroom, a laundry room, a large open plan living room and kitchen, a dining area and a bedroom with an under stairs storage area.
A curved staircase with 2 stained glass windows takes you to the second floor where there are 2 further double bedrooms and the family bathroom, which is accessible from the hallway or the master bedroom and boasts a full length Jacuzzi bath. From the hallway upstairs there is an indoor balcony which overlooks the living room.
Also, from the living room there is access to a terrace which has chairs and overlooks the pretty gardens. There is also a large roof terrace, mosquito nets on the windows and 2 light wells which give the house natural light.
The house is extremely airy so air conditioning has not been installed but for winter there is under floor heating.
Each house has its own surrounding private garden and this particular house has its own well which is fitted with a safety grill. At present the complex doesn’t have a swimming pool but phase 2 is due to start in late 2006 and there is a swimming pool planned for here.
It is 15 minutes to the centre of Turgutreis, 25 minutes drive to Bodrum and 45 minutes to the airport.
